Good choice. Here's how it works from here.

flat attorney fee, one mark, one class, plus the $350 USPTO filing fee per class

  1. Accept the terms & pay

The button below takes you to our secure signup, where you'll review and accept the firm's terms of engagement, provide your contact details, and make your payment.

  2. Tell us about your mark

After payment, you'll get a link to a questionnaire about your mark — the name or logo, and the goods or services you'll use it with. About 10 minutes.

  3. Conflicts check, then your search

We run a conflicts check (required before any law firm takes on a client), and then the attorney searches and sends you a straight risk assessment for your mark. The decision to file is always yours.

  4. We file and see it through

On your go-ahead, we prepare and file your application, then track it through registration with plain-English updates at every step.

How your money is handled

Your payment is deposited into our attorney trust (IOLTA) account and isn't earned until we do the work. If a conflict check means we can't represent you, it's refunded in full. Your USPTO filing fees are never spent until we file — with your approval, after you've seen your risk assessment.

THIS IS AN ADVERTISEMENT. Ambit and Montague Law PLLC do not represent you, and no attorney-client relationship exists, until you have accepted our terms of engagement and the firm has completed a conflicts check and accepted your matter. The firm may decline or discontinue any engagement, in which case all unearned payments are refunded in full. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome; no result is guaranteed. USPTO fees are government charges, separate from attorney fees, and are nonrefundable once filed.
